The 541

Hi there! It doesn't matter if you're here by accident, or if you're a friend or family member of one of us, you're indeed very welcome to this blog.

Who we are?
We're Part 4 Degree in Communication students, majoring in Interpersonal Communication - basically, we are studying every thread of the communication fabric between two individuals. Intercultural Communication is a part of our course outline as a way for us to be able to communicate effectively with those who come from different cultural backgrounds, as well as to overcome the typical barriers that may occur between two individuals with differing cultures.

What's the blog for?
For our group assignment in Intercultural Communication, we've decided to start a blog where we can share information and our own experiences - ultimately, our purpose is to foster intercultural relations with those near and far. Even better, we hope to engage with our readers in the comments by having discussions about the contents of this blog. Any constructive criticism is very welcomed, as we definitely want to improve :) In the future, we hope to pass this blog on for our juniors to continue contributing to.

What can we share with you?
We strive to have quality content, such as travelogues and listicles which readers can enjoy digesting and later, hopefully they will be inspired enough to leave a comment or two. We aim to be open-minded yet respectful of people of any ethnicity, cultural background or religion. Please leave a comment if you find anything offensive so we can take it down immediately.

We really hope you'll enjoy your short visit to our blog and that you'll return for more.
